How Will My Order Ship?

Shipping Policy

Lab Grown Diamonds provides free delivery/shipping of all items within India. Our delivery duration depends on the product selected and the shipping address. Goods will not be shipped outside India.
We have several products under Ready for Dispatch category (products labelled as Ready for Dispatch). These products will be shipped within our warehouse utmost 2 working days. The products, other than ready for dispatch products are made to order products and could take 2 to 30 working days to deliver to you.
We provide transit insurance for all our products.

Delivery Process

Customer has to give the correct details of Recipient Name (as stated in the photo identification) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery.
At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product, if requested by the courier agent. Customers are expected to cooperate with them to ensure safe delivery:
* Passport
* PAN Card
* Driver License
* Voters ID
* Aadhaar Card
If the package is found to be tampered with, the customers must reject it and report it to us through care@Lab Grown Diamonds.com.
When the recipient is not available at the address during the first delivery attempt, our courier agent will make 2 more attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is not reachable / available after these attempts, the product will be returned to us.

Change in Delivery Address :

If the product ordered is not dispatched, customer can change the delivery address by writing to care@Lab Grown Diamonds.com or by calling our customer care team at +91 6827 422 224.

Insurance Policy:

To safeguard against potential risks such as fire, burglary, theft and extortion, we provide insurance coverage for one year from the date of purchase. Your jewellery is insured for a full 365 days with comprehensive coverage across India for every jewellery purchased worth over Rs. 25,000. The terms and conditions are aligned with the policies set by our insurance partner.
